“Think – Do – Check – Act” - Disruptive approach for Predictive Facility

Abstract 

Think Do Check Act, has been the traditional approach for periodic and corrective maintenance, but with the rise of automation technology, the industry should think of more disruptive approach to become “facility managers of the future”. In this presentation given by Serena, she is going to cover the latest technology to digitalise facility management routine work, AI technologies that look into remaining useful life of products and most importantly the challenges behind the testing, implementation and launch of technology for behavioural change in the industry.

Biography

Serena currently manages the sourcing and development of digital products at CLP Smart Energy Connect (www.clpsec.com) as Head of Development. She has led a team of digital talents to launch over 10 digital products in the smart building field to help make sustainability a practical reality for commercial and industrial clients in Hong Kong and China.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Development at CLP Innovation Hub, Serena is involved in starting her own tech start-up, Ozmo, and has been heavily involved in hardware and software development as well as product marketing in the past 14 years.
